Our team has previously established colorectal cancer screening teams at Xiyuan Hospital of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences and Zhengzhou Third People's Hospital, where we conducted screenings for healthcare professionals. We are now addressing key screening issues, refining the screening process and protocols, and summarizing the colorectal cancer screening experiences from these two hospitals. By incorporating expert opinions from clinical oncology, various clinical departments, disease prevention and control, and hospital management, we have developed a "Chinese Solution" that includes stratification by hospital grade, department, payment method, high-risk groups, and management of colorectal cancer screening for hospital staff. This solution identifies key units and departments for colorectal cancer screening and promotes practical, replicable, and scalable screening methods. The goal is to form the Expert Consensus on Clinical Stratified Screening and Management of Colorectal Cancer and Healthcare Professionals in China, to improve early diagnosis and treatment rates, reduce mortality, and alleviate the burden on healthcare systems.

This guideline aims to provide standardized, evidence-based recommendations for the prevention, diagnosis, and management of ventilator-associated pneumonia (VAP) to enhance the quality of care for critically ill patients. The specific objectives include: 1.Reducing VAP Incidence: To minimize ventilator-induced pulmonary infections during mechanical ventilation by recommending appropriate preventive measures. 2.Optimizing VAP Diagnostic Processes: To establish scientific, standardized diagnostic criteria and methods to enable early identification of VAP, reducing diagnostic time and improving accuracy. 3.Standardizing VAP Treatment Protocols: To recommend effective treatment methods based on the latest evidence, reducing unnecessary antibiotic use and promoting optimized antibiotic stewardship. 4.Improving Patient Outcomes: To reduce VAP-related complications, lower mortality rates, and enhance patient safety during mechanical ventilation, contributing to better overall prognosis. This guideline will integrate current clinical evidence, expert consensus, and recent research findings to provide critical care teams with systematic, scientifically-grounded guidance.

    DIKARENAKAN PREPARE-2024CN915
The pathogenesis of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) involves a variety of inflammatory pathways, including type 1, type 2 and type 3 inflammation, among which type 2 inflammation patients account for 20~40% of all COPD patients, often accompanied by eosinophilia, and the risk of acute exacerbation is significantly higher than that of patients with type 1 and type 3 inflammation. At present, there is important new clinical evidence for the diagnosis and treatment of COPD type 2 inflammation. This consensus aims to comprehensively review the progress in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD type 2 inflammation and provide evidence-based guidance for clinical practice.
